Passionfruit Tart

Ingredients

• 1 can condensed milk
• ½ cup lemon juice
• 2 passionfruit

Method

1. Bake at 216C for approx 25 mins until golden brown and allow to cool .
   
2. Beat lemon juice into condensed milk
3. Add passionfruit pulp
4. Pour into cooked pastry flan
5. Refrigerate until set

Egg Custard

Ingredients

• 350ml milk
• 2 eggs
• 90g sugar
• Nutmeg

Method

1. Beat eggs well, then add milk, stiring slowly
2. Add sugar, beat until sugar is dissolved
3. Pour into unbaked flan, sprinkle with nutmeg
4. Bake at 216C (420F) - Approx 25 min

Crumbed Cheesecake

Ingredients

• 150g butter
• 150g sugar
• 1 egg
• 140ml milk
• 4 drops almond essence
• 180g Cake crumb
• 60g Plain flour

Method

1. Cream butter and sugar until light
2. Beat in eggs, then stir in milk and almond essence
3. Add cake crumb and flour, mix thoroughly
4. Pour into unbaked flan
5. Bake at 216C (420F) - Approx 25 min

Coconut Tart

Ingredients

• 150g butter
• 150g sugar
• 1 egg
• 140ml milk
• 4 drops almond essence
• 240g Coconut

Method

1. Cream butter and sugar until light
2. Beat in eggs, then stir in milk and almond essence
3. Add Coconut and mix thoroughly
4. Pour into unbaked flan
5. Bake at 216C (420F) - Approx 25 min
