Domray Food Products Sweet Pastry Flans are the ideal easy way to produce a wide range of tarts using a variety of fillings.

The flan may be cooked from frozen after filling and served as a desert for any occasion.

Cooking Instructions

Remove from the wrapper and either fill with one of the suggested fillings or one of your own choice.

Place frozen in the oven and bake at 216°C (420°F) until golden brown.

Take care when removing from the oven as the foil will be hot.

Place on a suitable plate and serve.
