Domray Quick 'N' Easy Crumb Mix Crunchy Crumb Mix is suitable for all meats, chicken and fish. The Crumb Mix only requires wetting the food with water and pressing on the mix until fully coated.

There is no need for added egg or flour making it easier to prepare, saving time and money to achieve excellent tasty crumbed foods.Ideal for shallow or deep frying, grilling or baking. Using the product as a base, a wide range of variations can be achieved by adding herbs and spices according to desire and taste.

Some suggestions are using Lemon Pepper, Garlic Granules or making hot and spicy using Chilli Powder.

Supplied in a 5kg for the Food Service trade or smaller packs for home use.
