Domray Batter Mix

DOMRAY Crispy Batter Mix is the quickest and easiest way of making a tasty golden batter which can be used for all meats, seafood, vegetables and chicken.

In a matter of moments and only requing mixing with water to a desired consistency your batter is ready for use.

To prepare the batter empty contents evenly into two bowls, one bowl for for dusting your product and one bowl for wet batter mix.

Add cold water to one of the bowls of Domray Batter mix whilst whisking with a fork until smooth.

The amount of cold liquid added will determine the thickness of your batter.

Small lumps may appear in the wet batter mix but they will dissapear during cooking.

For the ultimate taste, always coat your food with the dry mix batter before dipping into the wet batter mix.

Wet battered product can then be placed slowly into hot oil ( approx 170-180C)  Fry until batter is golden, crisp and product is cooked. Drain and serve.

Domray Batter Mix is available in your local supermarket in 150gm packs and is also provided in 6kg and 12kg carton for easy storage and economic buying within the Food Service trade.
